The hunger is real. The need is great.
In the fall of 2024 CHEW begins its 13th year
of providing weekend food for our chronically hungry students
in the Wilson County Public School System, our charter schools and the ENC School for the Deaf.
Following the 2023-2024 School Term CHEW
has distributed over 939,000 meals
since beginning its feeding program in 2012.
CHEW is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit all-volunteer organization.
